Salmon Salad Sandwiches

I couldn’t resist sharing this recipe today since it was so delicious. Any time my husband says, “Honey, you can make this as often as you want,” I know I’ve found a winner.

In our games, our sims can prepare salmon on the grill, but they don’t have this tasty dish to enjoy. They don’t know what they’re missing!

  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dill weed (fresh, if you have it)
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned pepper
  • 1 can pink salmon (13 ounces) drained, with skin and bones removed
  • 1 cup chopped celery

Mix these ingredients together and stir until smooth. Serve on whole wheat buns, bread, or toast with lettuce. Add sliced tomatoes and slices of cheese, if you want. That’s how I served these.

These are quick, easy, and great for a Saturday lunch. We enjoyed our sandwiches with a bowl of soup, and it made a perfect light meal.

Note: This recipe makes about 4 sandwiches.
